I am Allen，my passport number is E59218147，please help me to cancel the invalid application，the application number is E#########. So I can proceed with the new application. The institution said they have submitted the request to EMGS for me. Thanks for your kindness and look forward to your reply.

  Hi Allen,
  
  Please be informed that your documents have been submitted to Immigration Department for a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) cancellation on 28th June 2023.
  
  Kindly note there is no stipulated time frame for E-VAL cancellation approval and the approval is solely subject to the Malaysian Immigration Department.
