Thank you for your clarification. I understand that my institution is responsible for obtaining my student visa directly from the state Immigration Department.

I would really appreciate it if you could help check whether my institution has already collected my student visa. This matter is very important to me, and I would be grateful for any information you could provide. If there is any other way I should follow up, please do let me know.

  We understand your concern. However, the EMGS supporting letter for your student pass has been issued to your institution, and they will be arranging for the endorsement of the student pass at the State Immigration Office. Kindly refer to your institution for further information on your student pass.
