I submitted my student renewal application on last Monday, December 16th. However, as of now, the progress is still stuck at 20%. Meanwhile, some of my classmates who submitted their applications at the same time have already reached 50% progress by December 20th.

May I kindly ask if there might be an issue with my application? Is there any additional information or documentation required from my side? If so, please let me know, and I will provide it promptly.
