Dear Visa Officer，
My name is Wang Yao. My passport number is Ek1009503，and application number is #########. My application status is 85% now and I really need you to accelerate the process.. My three-month-old baby come with me while I am breast- feeding. He is too small to adapt. Please help me with this. Thank you for your time.

  Based on our records, we received your passport on the 10th October 2023. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The issuance of a Student Pass will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport.

Dear EMGS Officer，
My name is Wang Yao，and my passport number is EK1009503. My application is 75% now. I really need to speed up the process，because I come Malaysia with three-month-old baby （breastfeeding) to finish the application of the student pass. Acclimation is quite hard for him. Thank you for taking your time.

  Please be advised that currently, EMGS is awaiting the submission of your passport from the institute in order for us to initiate the student visa issuance. As such, kindly liaise with your institute and request them to submit the passport at the earliest possible to avoid delay in the processing.
