I’m sorry to bother you. My name is Li Xinlu, my passport number is ED3498499, and my application number is E#########.

until now my EMGS progression hasn’t changed. It’s still yellow. I wonder what materials are still needed? I have asked the school to upload the materials as required.

  Please be informed that your application is pending as we require your institution to submit the following:
  
  1) Please note that the Immigration Department of Malaysia is requesting the institute to submit a copy of ALL passport pages to EMGS in order to resume processing the application.
  
  Therefore, kindly liaise with your institution to submit the required documents to us at their earliest convenience in order for us to resume processing your application.
