Dear EMGs, my visa status hasn’t moved on for three weeks. At early time, they needed my IELTS result and l submitted it immediately. But my university said that Emgs haven’t checked whether my document passed or not,and there is no notice to submit my passport. Please help me, I submitted my passport at the end of January, but it hasn’t been done yet. Please tell me what should I do now and how long does it take to get my passport? My passport number is #########.

  Hi,
  
  Your application is currently on hold as we require your latest academic results. We have sent notifications to your institution since the 24th of February, requesting them to submit the results. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit the documents at their earliest convenience. This will enable us to process your application further.
