      Hi,

      The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

    I submitted the documents and passport renewal student visa on February 2. The documents have been transferred to the Immigration Department on February 28. The process to this day is still only 80%, so I would like to ask how long before I can get my passport and student visa. I want to get my passport as soon as possible.
