Dear EMGS officer, hello. I am a new student from UKM and it is currently very urgent for me because my school’s online registration deadline is September 29th. However, he requires me to upload a visa approval letter and a single entry visa to complete the online registration. My name is Luo wen hao, and my passport number is EJ3480725.   We understand your issue. However, your documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL approval. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The VAL approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
