Hi,
The visa can only be canceled if it is still valid. However, if the Immigration Department system detects an active pass linked to your passport number, you will be required to cancel the visa accordingly.

Hi,
If the Student Pass expired during the movement control order (MCO) – including CMCO and RMCO – your institution can submit the Student Pass renewal application. Hi,
Kindly note that the Immigration Department is not operating during the movement control order (MCO). The processing of applications will resume after the MCO has been lifted.

They said that the visa renewal application cannot be submitted through your EGMS website.
