    I’m LU ZHIMIN.My passport number is EL2043031. My EMGS status reached 85% On October 7. On October 15, I need to return to China to deal with urgent matters. I hope you can help me speed up the progress so that I can get my passport on time.

      Hi Lu Zhimin,
      Kindly be informed that we received your passport from the institution on 7 October 2024. The endorsement process will take approximately 14 working days, however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, any updates will be notified accordingly.
