my passport number is EK7547845. I would like to ask about the status of my passport renewal application. It has been almost a month since I submitted my passport, and I would like to know the current status, especially when the status can be updated to 90%.

Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, we have issued the supporting letter to the institution for them to proceed with submission of the passport to state Immigration.
