Dear EMGS and fellow students,
I am writing this post with a heavy heart and growing anxiety as I am supposed to start my studies at Monash University Malaysia this February 2026.My name is Lai Zhengwen ，my passport number is EL3441626 and my Application Number is ######### However, my student visa application has been stuck at 35% progress since January 19, 2026, and despite multiple follow-up emails, there has been no significant update or progress.
I have sent numerous emails to EMGS and the relevant authorities, pleading for updates and assistance, but the responses have been generic and unhelpful. Each day that passes without progress increases my stress, as I am terrified of missing the start of my classes and falling behind my academic journey.
I understand that visa processing can take time, but this delay is putting my entire study plan at risk. I am desperate to join my cohort, attend orientation, and begin my courses on time. I am respectfully asking EMGS to please look into my case urgently, prioritize my application, and help expedite the process.
I am truly anxious and worried about the impact this delay will have on my studies. I kindly request your immediate attention and support to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
