@tinashem good day. EMGS said I should pay ########,282.60 for my val processing. I transfered a total of USD$340.49 to your account. But you said I short paid. USD$340.49 is equal to ########,327.58, this means I have paid above the required amount which is ########,282.60. I have even gone to the bank they confirm the conversion to be correct and accurate, USD$340.49 = ########,327.58.
But EMGS said I paid ########,276.59 and they said I short paid. Please I want to know how EMGS converted USD$340.49 to ########,276.59.Thank you.

I went to my bank and they said that They only collect charges from my naira account not from the amount I am transferring.
Secondly they confirmed it that USD$340.49 = ########,328.68, stating that USD$1 = ########.90. This means I have over paid the required amount ########,282.60. The error of the conversion is from EMGS.
Please I want to know how you converted $340.49 to MYR.
