I have to defer this semester due to renewal of my passport. My passport number will change. Do I need to pay emgs fees again for the deferment?

  @EMGS Officer My current application is for VAL (new). What should I do if I defer the semester? Do I need to pay fees again with a new application or I can continue with my current application?
