Brother send an email to emgs and upm
I have sending emails to UPM since last two weeks. My agent also talked to them 4 days ago and they said it would be resolved by this week but I genuinely think they will delay even more. And I don’t know what to email to EMGS since it’s not their fault.
I wrote the name in the status. University Putra Malaysia.
Don’t worry, if they resolve the issue soon, as they said, you can get the VAL before the registration date, if everything goes well.
The problem is the upm ISO management is kinda lazy, i applied the VAL online (for my friend) then EMGS required additional docs but it took 4 wo/days for them to send the docs to EMGS (via email). Whenever i contacted them they always said that they will send today and then contacted the EMGS to ensure if they get the docs then found they did send nothing , Disgraceful.
Anyways, focus on if they resolved the problem.
Yes, the problem has been resolved in 12th. Now my status is at 35%, in progress with immigration. How long will it take to get the eVal?
