Dear officer
I submitted my documents to my university ( medicine collage- 4th year ) for renewal my residency since August , now it is 90% in the EMGS for 1 month, i asked my uni ,they said i have to submit my passport after 100% not now,
Could you please check my status and what to do now ?

  Please be informed that the EMGS supporting letter for your Student Pass was issued to your institution. Kindly note that they will be arranging for the endorsement of the Student Pass at the State Immigration Office.
  
  We understand your urgency. However, your passport will not be submitted to EMGS. Thus, we recommend that you follow up with the institution for further updates on this matter.
