Clarification Regarding Unavailability of Previous Institution’s Results

I hope you are doing well.
I am Nahidul Islam application no: ######### and passport no: (A00501625) writing to clarify the reason I am unable to provide my first-semester academic results from INTI International University, where I was previously enrolled in the Australian Degree Transfer Programme.
I withdrew from the programme through the official premature withdrawal process before completing my first semester and before sitting for the first-semester examinations. This decision was made after I received an offer from the University of Malaya, with my new academic intake scheduled to begin in October. Due to the limited time available before my new intake, I was unable to complete my first semester at INTI.
I completed the required withdrawal procedures and submitted the necessary documents, including my withdrawal form signed by the Dean, which confirms my premature withdrawal.
Consequently, I do not have any first-semester academic results from INTI International University to submit. I have also contacted INTI to request an official certification confirming my premature withdrawal and the unavailability of my first-semester results.
In light of these circumstances, I kindly request EMGS to consider my official withdrawal documents and advise whether any alternative documentation or clarification would be acceptable in place of the first-semester results.
I sincerely hope this clarification will assist in the assessment of my application. Your kind consideration and guidance would be greatly appreciated, as this matter is extremely important to my admission to the University of Malaya.
