Dear EMGS,
I understand that you need time to amend my new passport details and replace it with the old passport details.
But I also want to inform you that my semester has already commenced and my visa is still at 30 percent and I would appreciate if it could be faster . I can’t fall back on my studies and academic year.
I have already paid my fee so I would expect the service to be a little better and with the international student tuition fees we are paying here in Malaysia it is completely unacceptable that we are not able to attend classes due to this slow visa process.
I have done everything I can on my side and even got a new passport within less than one day after going through a lot of hassle to get it done as soon as possible once I was notified that I needed a new one as mine did not have more than 18 months validity when I should have been informed of this EARLIER when I first submitted my application.
