Subject: URGENT REQUEST TO EXPEDITE STUDENT PASS APPLICATION – ORIENTATION FROM 26 SEPTEMBER

I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to kindly request your urgent assistance regarding my student pass application, which has been stuck at 15% for the past 9 days.
My university, Universiti Malaya, has already re-uploaded the required passport document after the previous passport file was flagged as unable to be opened. I would therefore sincerely request that the updated document be reviewed and my application be processed further as soon as possible.
My Week of Welcome/orientation at Universiti Malaya begins on 26 September 2026, followed by the commencement of lectures on 5 October 2026. As these dates are approaching, I am increasingly concerned that the delay may affect my ability to arrive in Malaysia and attend the beginning of my programme.
I would be extremely grateful if EMGS could kindly expedite the review and processing of my application, if possible, and help move it forward at the earliest opportunity.
