Dear EMGS Team,
I have applied for the shortened visa process last week , and tomorrow, 19 September, is the last day of validity of my current visa.
My university, Multimedia University (MMU), informed me that I must submit my passport to the university before Friday prayer in order to proceed with my registration and Special Pass (SP) process.
I am currently waiting downstairs at the EMGS office and would sincerely appreciate it if you could kindly consider my urgent situation and assist me in getting my passport released as soon as possible.
I have been waiting for the completion of this process and am very concerned due to the limited time remaining on my current visa. Your urgent assistance would mean a lot to me.
