I hope this message finds you well. My name is Hossain Tanvir (Matric No: G2518729), admitted to the Doctor of Philosophy in Islamic Banking and Finance program at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).

I was previously granted a deferment for Semester 1, 2026/2027, as per the attached approval letter. I would like to kindly request your assistance in updating my EMGS status to reflect my deferment and ensure my application is processed smoothly for my upcoming enrollment.

Please let me know if any additional documents or steps are required on my part.
