I am writing to seek your guidance regarding my current Student Pass application submitted through the EMGS website for Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). I have recently received an offer from Monash University Malaysia and have decided to proceed with my studies there instead.
As I initiated the UPM application directly through the EMGS website, I would like to clarify whether my existing EMGS application can be changed from Universiti Putra Malaysia to Monash University Malaysia, or whether I need to withdraw/cancel the current application and submit a new application through Monash University Malaysia.
I would also appreciate your guidance regarding the following:
1. Whether the institution can be changed on my existing EMGS application.
If a new application is required, what is the procedure for withdrawing the current application?
2. What refund would be applicable to the fees I have already paid?
3. Are there any documents or actions required from my side or from UPM before Monash can submit a new application?
4. Will the change or withdrawal of the current application affect the processing of my new Student Pass application?
