Hi everyone, I am currently applying for my student pass for monash. However monash has been absolutelv unhelpful in solving my issues so I thought id ask here instead.
For context I was initially going to attend the iulv intake. However, my passport lacked 18 months validity therefore I had to return to my country (deferred my intake to october) and renew my passport. I then rescanned my new passport, my exit stamp and the cancelled student pass from MUFY (hosted at sunway uni) and sent it to them over a week ago. Since then all ive received is an auto reply for them saying they’ve received the document. However on my EMGS app, its stuck on 30% and my passport number has not been changed.
I assumed I had to create another account using my new passport but the app says no record has been created with my new passport number
I emailed monash multiple times since then asking whether thev can assist me and there has been no reply whatsoever.
Does anyone have any idea on what I can do:
