Hi, I submitted my passport on 20th August for visa renewal and EMGS told me yesterday that they received my passport on 21st August. its been 14 working days since EMGS received my passport but my renewal progress stuck at 80% (in progress with immigration) since 27th August until today 11th September. is there any problem with my application? why it take longer than usual? last year my renewal application i get back my passport 10 days after i submitted it. can you help me to adress this issue? thank you
