Hello EMGS office,
I need your urgent help. I got my Eval and I was trying to apply for the SEV from the online website but it kept saying verification failed. I have attached the screenshot. And I went to the live agent and he told me there is information in my vdr missing and is branch requested. He told me to contact the issuing office. I don’t understand what this means but I hope you can help since I got my Eval from emgs.
