Dear emgs,

My name is Jesslyn Caroline and my passport number is X4383465. My application number is #########.

I would like to inquire about the progress of my visa application, which is currently still at 35% under the immigration stage.

Previously, I was informed that the estimated processing time would be 7–10 working days. However, it has now reached day 14, and there has been no further update.

I am quite concerned as my classes are scheduled to begin on Monday, the 20th. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if EMGS could kindly check the status of my application and, if possible, assist in expediting the process.
