Dear EMGS,

I am writing regarding my application (No. #########, Passport No. AM35457). The corrected personal bond was resubmitted by the institution on 9 April 2026, but there has been no update since.

I kindly request your support in expediting the process. My travel date is on 15 April 2026.

  Please be informed that we received the new personal bond from the institution. Kindly allow us time to process your student pass. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
