Hello
Am writing in regards of my val it has been resubmitted twice last resubmission was 18 march my passport number is p12711366, i am aware it takes somewhat between 7-10 but excluding public holidays and weekends its been more than 12 days
I understand the issuance of the val is at the discretion of the immigration department, but is there a way to inquire about why it is taking this long
