I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to enquire about the status of my visa application, as it appears to be delayed beyond the stated processing timeframe.

My application has been stuck at 35% for over 10 days, and I would kindly request an update on the current status or any issues that may be causing the delay.

  Your application is currently under review, as the documents have been submitted to Immigration for the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) approval. Please be informed that the VAL approval process takes 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
