Hope you’re all doing well?

I am writing to formally follow up on my student visa application, which has been at 35% for more than one month. My institution confirmed they resubmitted the required additional documents on 04 February.
I would really appreciate it if you could kindly contact the immigration department regarding my case because my classes will start so soon
