Dear EMGS Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to kindly follow up regarding my Visa Approval Letter (VAL) application. My application has been stuck at 35% in the EMGS system for about 20–22 days.

On February 20, I was requested to submit some additional documents. I submitted all the required documents properly. Currently, the EMGS system shows “Progress with Immigration Department”.

I would be grateful if you could kindly let me know how long it may take for my VAL to be approved.
