Subject: Inquiry Regarding Application Status Stuck at 35%

Dear EMGS Officer,
I hope you are well.
My application status was updated to 35% on 16th February, but it is still stuck at 35% as of 26th February. The system mentioned an update within 7–10 working days. Could you kindly let me know if any further action or documents are required from my side and when I might expect an update?

I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Thank you for your assistance.

  Your application is currently at the stage where it requires correction. The Immigration Department of Malaysia has returned your documents to us for further action. Specifically, they have requested the additional documents.
  
  Please ensure to liaise with the institution and submit the documents within 14 working days to avoid rejection of the VAL application.
