I am writing to kindly follow up on my eVAL application (Application No: E#########). I previously contacted regarding this matter about six days ago, but I have not yet received my eVAL or an update on the application. According to the application tracking system, the processing progress still shows 35%.
I am scheduled to commence my PhD at Monash University Malaysia on 02 March 2026. As the enrolment date is approaching very soon, I need to enter Malaysia within the next few days in order to complete my registration on time.
Therefore, I would sincerely appreciate it if you could please review my application and provide an update on its current status. I would be very grateful if special attention could be given to this matter, as I need to proceed with booking my air tickets and making the necessary travel arrangements.
