I am writing to kindly request an update and clarification regarding my Student Pass application.

Based on the latest update in the EMGS system, my application status remains at **30% – Pending additional document(s) from the institution** due to an issue indicating that there is still an **active previous student pass** linked to my passport number in the Immigration Department of Malaysia system.

I would like to inform you that my institution’s agent (Visa Shape) has already uploaded the required supporting documents to cancel the previous active pass as requested by EMGS.

Therefore, I would be most grateful if you could kindly assist me with the following:

1. Please confirm whether the cancellation documents submitted by my institution have been received and reviewed by EMGS.
2. Kindly advise if there is any additional document or action required from my institution or from me to resolve this matter.
3. Please inform me of the estimated timeline for my application to proceed to the next stage once the previous active pass issue is cleared.

In addition, as my programme is scheduled to commence on **6 March 2026**, I would like to kindly seek your guidance in the event that my visa approval is delayed beyond the intake date.
Could you please advise whether **late arrival approval** can be facilitated through the university if necessary?

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, I would like to express my concern as I have sent several follow-up emails previously but have not yet received a clear response regarding the solution to this matter. Due to the approaching intake date, this issue has become very urgent for me.

I would greatly appreciate your kind assistance and prompt clarification so that I may make the necessary arrangements accordingly.
