Dear EMGS team,

Kindly help with updates regarding my application. I have been stuck at the same stage since January 22. Others who started their processing after mine have gotten their eVAL already. Please let me know if there’s something I need to do. My application number is E#########

  Hi Oluwasemilore,
  
  Your application was resubmitted to the Immigration Department on 10 February. The application is still in progress with the Immigration Department. Kindly note that the approval to issue the VAL is at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

    It’s 10 working days already. And it was mentioned earlier that I would get a response in 7-10 working days. Can you help with a follow up, please?

      We will follow up with the Immigration Department. However, the approval to issue the VAL is at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
