Dear EMGS Team,
I am a UCSI University student currently renewing my visa. I mistakenly transferred the application fee directly to the EMGS account instead of paying via JomPAY.
Could you please advise me on what I should do next? Will the amount be refunded if the payment method was incorrect?
This matter is urgent and I would appreciate your guidance. Thank you
