I have seen the message. However, since I will be arriving during a holiday period, I would like to confirm whether any official representative will be present to assist me with immigration clearance from APU . Additionally, after I land, what my responsibilities will be. Should I follow a specific checklist, or will there be inform the assigned representative upon arrival, or proceed directly to my accommodation? I would appreciate your guidance on the proper procedure.

  For airport pick up, you are required to liaise directly with your institution. Please ensure that you have a hard copy of your eVAL and Single Entry Visa (SEV)/eVISA (if you are from a visa-required country). You can also refer to the EMGS International Students Arrival Centre (ISAC) at KLIA Terminal 1 (T1) or KLIA Terminal 2 (T2) for assistance.
