Dear EMGS Team,

I am writing to kindly request an update on the status of my eVAL application (Application No: E#########). I am scheduled to commence my PhD studies at Monash University Malaysia on 02 March 2026, and I have not yet received my eVAL approval. According to the EMGS system, my application status currently shows 35% progress.

As my enrolment date is approaching, I need to enter Malaysia within the next few days in order to complete the registration process on time. I also need to proceed with booking my air tickets and making the necessary travel and accommodation arrangements.

Therefore, I would sincerely appreciate it if you could kindly look into my application and advise me on its current status. I would be very grateful if special attention could be given to this matter due to the urgency.
