I am Aminu Abdulkadir Mahmoud with passport number A12887698, I write to complain about ikad and insurance card. I have renewed my visa and insurance effective from 14/12/2025, but still the ikad that is showing in this App is the expired one, and also the insurance card is not showing at all. I have already collected the renewed ikad. I hope the issue will be resolved within the shotest possible time.

  Kindly be informed that student are unable to view the iKAD and insurance details on the EMGS apps due to the system enhancement. Once the iKAD and insurance is available in the EMGS apps, you may able to view the details.
