I am writing to respectfully request an update and the urgent expedition of my Electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL)

Currently, my application status has been stuck at 35% form 13 january and I am becoming increasingly concerned as my academic semester is scheduled to begin next week.

I understand you handle a high volume of applications, but I would be deeply grateful for any assistance in moving my process forward so I can arrive in Malaysia in time for my studies.

  Your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been resubmitted to the Immigration Department on 4th February 2026. They will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. We will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.
