Dear EMGS officer

I am japanese student at Monash University Malaysia, and I am currently applying new student visa.
My passport number is TM1723509.
I canceled my student visa in 2025 to go to Australia exchange, and I applied new student visa to study in Malaysia for my third year.

Currently my emgs is 30% as my passport does not have exit stamp when I left Malaysia last year.
I didn’t get exit stamp when I departed there so the university has requested digital record of my departure to the immigration 2 weeks ago.

It is estimated to take time to get digital record from immigration, however my semester will start in 2 weeks. Do I need to submit exit stamp or digital record of departure? Is there any alternative documents I can submit such as flight ticket?

  Hi Nana,
  
  Kindly be informed that we require copy of exit stamp to resume the process. However, you may provide copy of MDAC online verification that shows your entry and exit to Malaysia. In addition, the institution may provide copy of flight ticket for verification.

    Hi,
    I do not have the exit stamp.
    However, I have my boarding pass and e-ticket from my departure from Malaysia.
    May I confirm if these documents would be sufficient to resume the processing?

      I don’t have MDAC as I used my visa to enter malaysia last year.
