Dear EMGS officers,
My name is ZHANG ZIPENG, passport number: EG1579911. I am writing to ask if my renewal process could be accelerated, which is stuck at 80% for a week. As I need to return to China during Chinese New Year to gather with my family, I really hope you can consider my request. It has been three years since last time I spend spring festival with my family.
I would be very grateful if you can help me with this issue.
