Hi @emgs @farisha,
Any idea why is my sister’s application taking so long to process. Initially, there was an issue by EMGS saying that her pictures in the passport don’t match with the one that was submitted in the application. The reason being in the passport she was without hijab (due to Sri Lankan regulations) and the submitted picture was with hijab. So to resolve this issue; the university requested us to send another picture with hijab and they even included an explanation letter. But still there was no response and then I had to call emgs and say about this and then they changed the color to green.
But it’s been a while and still no progress from 15%. For reference, the application no is

Please let me know why is it still not progressing and her uni starts at the end of Feb.
