Hello EMGS,

I got two emails regarding my application #E#########. The email was asking for a document submission as requested by Immigration. I want you to clarify if Immigration rejected the first document submitted, or they are asking for the document because it has not been submitted at all. I’m asking this because I had taken action to respond to the initial email sent some hours ago, and I am unsure whether or not the institution (the school) has taken any action yet; and then i got another email not quite long ago.
