Dear EMGS Team,

I would like to kindly enquire whether my Student Pass renewal has been endorsed, as my EMGS application is currently showing that my passport is with the Immigration Department for endorsement.

I am asking as I may need to attend to a family emergency, and I would like to plan accordingly once my passport is ready for collection.

  Kindly be informed that we received your passport on the 22nd of January 2026 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. With regards to any urgency, kindly be advised to liaise with the institution to provide the documents to request for expedite the passport. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department
