I am writing to respectfully follow up on the status of my visa application. It has been over one week since submission, and there has been no update reflected in the system so far.

I am currently facing a very urgent situation, as I have already purchased my flight ticket and my scheduled departure date is 6 February. Additionally, with the upcoming public holidays on Monday and Tuesday next week, I am extremely concerned that the delay may affect my travel and study arrangements.

I fully understand that visa processing requires time, and I truly appreciate the continuous efforts of EMGS and the Immigration Department. However, due to the tight timeline, I sincerely hope that your team could kindly assist in checking the status of my application or help to follow up with the Immigration Department on my behalf.

Please let me know if any additional documents or information are required from me. I am more than willing to cooperate immediately.
