Dear EMGS officer:
I am a student from UKM, my passport number is EK6807033, name: HUANG LIYI.
My renewal progress has been stuck at 80% for 14 days. My friend and I submitted their passports at the same time and have completed the renewal 100%. Is there any problem with my renewal progress? If there is no progress, may I ask if it is possible to speed up the progress by 80-90%? I have been using it for 14 days but still haven’t succeeded.
My friends around me have never been slower than me, so I request to speed up the progress as soon as possible. Thank you and wish you a happy life.

  Please be informed that your passport was submitted to the Immigration Department for the student pass endorsement. The process takes 14 working days from the date we received the passport at the EMGS one-stop center. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
