My name is YOUSIF ALI ABDULSALAM ABDULDAIM; my passport No. AA229036.
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the continued delay in processing my visa application for studies commencing in February 2026.

My application was last updated on December 2, 2025, with an expected processing period of 7–10 days. However, as of January 26, 2026, no decision has been issued. This delay is unreasonable and is jeopardizing my ability to begin my studies on time.

I respectfully request that my application be reviewed and finalized as a matter of urgency. I look forward to your prompt response.

  Kindly be informed that your application is pending for the submission of additional document from the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS for us to resume the process.
