My name is Bilal Alam, and I am a Master’s student at the University of Malaya.
My student visa is valid until 4 April 2026. My Master’s program is almost complete, and I do not plan to return to Malaysia in 2026.
I would like to kindly ask for guidance on the following points:
What is the procedure to cancel my student visa?
If I do not cancel my student visa, will there be any issues or penalties in the future?
Currently, I am in India, and in February I will be traveling to Australia. As I am not in Malaysia at the moment, I would like to know how I can cancel my visa from outside the country.
I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.
