Hi EMGS Team,
I am Farzana, and am writing to kindly request an update on the renewal status of my student pass which I submitted my renewal form to my institution on the 5th January 2026. My passport number is C0590963.

The status of my renewal application should be 50% before I can submit my passport to my institution, but until now, there’s no changes. (it stays 100%)

As I planned to go back home in February, I would appreciate any assistance in expediting the process. Thank you for your time and help.
